Thanks to a mod you can change your hairstyle in Cyberpunk 2077 (which arguably should have been a feature from the get-go, but let’s not go there).

It may seem like an odd mod to celebrate but currently in Cyberpunk 2077 once you’ve selected your character’s hairstyle and the character creator closes, there’s currently no way to officially change your hairstyle in-game.
The mod was created by modder UTF_8x and is available via Nexus Mods. As you’d assume, this mod is obviously exclusive to PC and is not available on console.

The mod won’t let you fully re-customise your character once it is created, but it at least presents you the option to go back in and switch over to one of the various preset hairstyles available.
I’ve only put around ten hours or so into Cyberpunk 2077 playing on PS4 Pro at the moment, and I’ve already gotten bored with my quite mundane character hair choice.
While I’m stuck with my hairstyle of choice right now, hopefully when developer CD Projekt Red has fixed the many issues with the game, adding the function to change your hairstyle might be implemented with a future patch.

If you’re keen on downloading the unofficial hairstyle mod, please note the page warns that by running the mod you are at risk of corrupting your save and losing your progress.
So it still might be worth sticking with your original hairstyle choice, unless it’s really that important to you.

Speaking of corrupt save files, CD Projekt Red recently warned that there is a glitch in the game that can corrupt your save file if you craft too many items and your save file exceeds 8MB. Have you noticed this in your playthrough?
